Traditèn, the veillà of Charvensod which has been missing for four years is finally back Friday 29th December, starting at 6pm. The biennial event was canceled in 2021 due to Covid, giving even more life and enthusiasm for this new edition which promises to be set to the music. In fact, this will be the underlying theme of the long evening in the village of Charvensod, where tsarvensolèn and tsarvensolentse will come together to relive – renewing them – their traditions and make them known to the many “guests” who will come to experience a great community event. To make their arrival easier, as always, a free shuttle is available from 6pm to 1am which will leave from the car park of the Piezometric Tower in Aosta and arrive in the heart of the party. The walking route, which starts from the Château oven which has just been brought back to life and reaches the village of Bourneau, will be animated by food and wine stands where soup, cotechino with potatoes, sweets and black bread will be served, but above all by music for everyone tastes. Participants will in fact encounter five musical spaces: The years pass, the music remains, with Silvana Bruno and friends and the musical group TNT; the Traditions en musique of the Violons Volants, of the Comité des Traditions valdôtaines and Pifferai; Evergreen with Rock Waves; On danse with L’Orage and Traditèn lounge café and cocktails with DJ Roy.
