Nothing more comfortable for you to ski
From Aosta city center you can take the cable car and reach Pila in 18 minutes. How many ski resorts provide such comfort? the departure of the cable car is really close to the Aosta railway station and the motorway exit. A large parking allows you to leave the car for free, avoiding the mountain road which is however extremely easy and accessible in 30 minutes. For example, if you come from Milan by car, in 2:40 you are ready for the first exciting track, at more than 1800m. Pila is waiting for you!

Main roads
To reach Pila from Italy and from abroad:
From Italy: A5 Torino-Aosta motorway (99 km). Exit Aosta Est, then continue on the regional road following the directions to Pollein-Charvensod-Pila.
From Switzerland: Via the Great St Bernard tunnel, then on State Highway SS 27 to Aosta
From France: Via the Mont Blanc Tunnel, then on State Highway SS 26 to Aosta. From Aosta, follow the signs to Gressan-Pila.
When you arrive in Aosta and you want to reach Pila by car, follow the directions to Gressan and then Pila. Alternatively, you can reach the Aosta-Pila cable car departure by setting on GPS the following address: “Strada Ponte Suaz, 4 – 11100 Aosta”

When you arrive at the Aosta railway station, through an underground passage, in 5 minutes, you can reach the departure of the Aosta-Pila cable car.

Christmas Ski Bus Gressan – Pila
In the following periods:
– Christmas holidays from 26 December 2024 to 7 January 2025
– Carnival holidays from 03 to 09 March 2025
there is a free shuttle that takes skiers from Gressan to Pila, the stops are on request, at the accommodation facilities on the Gressan road.
