Let’s discover life on the mountain pasture and its protagonists

The most curious and enterprising will be able to see manual milking and taste fresh milk. And for the little ones, the opportunity to get to know so many small animals live: rabbits, chickens, chicks and kids. At the mountain pasture you can also taste and buy typical local products such as fontina, toma, honey, brossa … Every Wednesday and Saturday in July and August, starting from 15.30 it will be possible to visit the Pila mountain pastures for free. The partner pastures are marked in yellow on the walking map. For small groups and on reservation it is possible to visit also on the days of the week not specified.

Alpine pastures and their history

Half day guided excursion on Wednesday. A journey back in time in the alpine rural culture. Our guides will take you to discover the wonderful Pila basin and its pastures from which you can admire the main 4000 Valle d’Aosta: Mont Blanc, Rosa, Matterhorn and Grand Combin. Reservation required by 6.00 pm on the previous day. Hours: h 10 / 12.30 – h 14.30 / 17 Cost: € 15 per person
