La Sosta is a family-run restaurant which, in addition to offering traditional dishes from the Aosta Valley and national cuisine, offers dishes with alternative cooking techniques such as meat and vegetables cooked sous vide at low temperatures, a vast selection of wines and homemade desserts, all prepared with selected, top quality ingredients. Located in front of the Pila ski school, offers a priceless view of the Alps which can be enjoyed thanks to the presence of a large outdoor area. It can be easily reached from Aosta by cable car and there is also a large car park within walking distance for those arriving by car. The restaurant is open for the winter season from December to April and in the months of July and August for the summer season.
