We’re not your average mountain refuge, but a different way to experience the mountains. A cuisine that combines technique and local ingredients, to be savored in every season and enjoyed year-round. Alpenwood is a mountain chalet that reinterprets Alpine tradition through select raw materials and quality ingredients. Pizza, barbecue, and events define a menu that reflects a living, direct, and contemporary mountain experience.
Alpenwood was created to respect the mountains and to experience them authentically. Aosta Valley larch, local stone, and clean lines follow the slope without altering it. The large windows blur the boundary between inside and outside, bringing the forest and surrounding peaks inside. A project that engages with the landscape and preserves its spirit: born of the mountains, built with the mountains, designed to welcome you. We also worked on sound; the acoustics are designed to absorb background noise and leave room for the calm of the mountains. Alpenwood is simple to experience, with open spaces, no barriers, and complete accessibility for everyone who comes here. For us, sustainability is practical: photovoltaic panels and a zero-waste philosophy ensure the least possible impact on the environment.
